As of August 11th, 2022 the City of Hesperia implemented Stage II of the Water Conservation Emergency Plan. Residents of Hesperia California are urged by city officials to reduce water usage and consumption. However, the City of Hesperia owns and operates a failing golf course that contradicts its own guidelines. Water continues to flow at the failing desert golf course, furthering the dire state of Southern California’s drought.
